Located in the northern suburbs of Adelaide, Edinburgh Parks is the largest industrial park in South Australia.

Recently developed for businesses in the manufacturing, defence, warehousing, processing,
transport and logistics, and science and research sectors, the area includes 650 hectares of industrial land and another 1,200 hectares of surrounding land currently being rezoned from horticultural to industrial use.

Edinburgh Parks is ideally situated for industry. The following major facilities are already located in Edinburgh Parks:

  • $100 million food processing facility for Inghams
  • $24 million logistics optimisation centre for DHL

The area includes the Edinburgh Defence Precinct, which is focused on defence research, manufacturing and sustainment in the land and aerospace environments and home to some of South Australia's major defence facilities.

The Defence Science and Technology Organisation, Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Base Edinburgh and an industry centre are within or near Edinburgh Parks. Australia's largest defence contractor, BAE Systems Australia, has its headquarters at Edinburgh Parks.

Other companies located in the precinct include Australian Aerospace, Nova Defence and Lockheed Martin. Edinburgh Parks offers convenient access to major transport routes east, west and north (Northern Expressway route), and overseas, with links to the national highway network and port facilities, and close proximity to the Adelaide to Darwin rail line.
