Since BioSA’s establishment in 2001, bioscience company numbers in South Australia have more than doubled and venture capital investment has increased significantly.
BioSA is committed to promoting and accelerating the commercialisation of R&D in South Australia, and has a purpose-built business incubator located in the heart of the Thebarton Technology Cluster. The incubator is currently home to a diverse mix of early stage bioscience companies, operating in sectors such as: medical devices, diagnostics and environmental technology, and is a key contributor to the growing South Australian technology industry.
